30 Day Shred!

I am planning on starting this program next week after I make it through my first WW week. Anyone else on it or thought about it?

No. Tell me a little about it.

I did it for a couple weeks, I may start up again on the days I don't go to the gym. It's a quick workout, you do 3 cycles of strength, cardio, and abs. (I can't remember if it's that order, but for instance you'd do 3 minutes strength, 2 minutes cardio, 1 minute abs.. then cycle 2 begins etc..) I think the whole workout ends up being about 20 minutes long, but you definitely feel like you've done something because you are not allotted ANY rest period. Not even a "go get your water if you need to". There's 3 workouts on the dvd, I never tried any past the level 1 workout yet since I didn't do it for long.

I have been thinking about doing this but, honestly, I am terrified! :/

I started WW in 2007 and lost 35 pounds. I'm currently a returning Lifetime member trying to lose my baby weight. I used the 30 DS to help with my weight loss the first time around. It's a tough workout but it's not as scary as it seems... My favorite workout is actually the third one.
