Lets make a pact!

Instead of saying, "Man i need to earn some exercise points" which I am very guilty of but never achieve, we should all make a pact to do some sort of exercise and make sure we meet it. We have a great park about 3 miles from my house. I am going to promise to take the boys to the part at least 3 mornings this week. While there I will put DS in the stroller and let my SS ride his bike and we will walk around the park at least 3 times!

I am going to make a pact that I will do at least my 1 mile or 1 wii work out a day.
