DH is grilling ribeyes tonight! For some reason, my nutritional info app doesnt list this steak by ounces, just "1," "1/2," "1/3," etc. Can anyone tell me how many ounces i can eat if i want to limit the steak to 7 or 8 points? TIA!

Umm.. according to the food companion guide:

rib eye, trimmed, cooked, 3 oz = 5 pts.

who the heck would only eat a 3 oz steak beats me, but that is what the book says! Enjoy!

For a future reference for you, London broil is only 4 pts. for 4 oz. It's not the same as biting into a big ol' steak, but it's a good substitute for a limited number of points.

That being said - Those 35 weekly points are there for a reason. Chow down tonight and enjoy! Smile
