1 Tub of Fat Free Cool Whip
1 Packet of Lemon flavored (or any other, I like lemon) Crystal light packet.

Just freeze and serve... mmm. Smile

This is a 0 point yummy dessert.

that sounds devine....I've got some cool-whip and will be trying this today!! Is it the size packet for a water bottle or for a 2-qt pitcher?
