I made this recipe off of the website someone shared in this forum and it was a HUGE hit!! DH is super picky when it comes to chicken, but he loved this and has requested I make it every week. Smile Here's the recipe:

I used 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs instead of 8 drumsticks. The only thing I plan to do differently next time is use a low-sodium soy sauce rather than the regular stuff. It was a bit on the salty side. Don't be afraid of the Sriracha sauce, either - it gives it the perfect kick without being too spicy (and if you really like spice, you could add a little more). YUM!!!
